NSW Office of State Revenue


The Office of State Revenue (OSR) is 1 of 2 offices which comprise the NSW Treasury. OSR administers State taxation, collects revenue, outstanding fines and penalties, develops policy and implements legislation relating to State taxation for and on behalf of the people of NSW. The other office that makes up NSW Treasury is the Office of Financial Management. They are responsible for State Government accounting, banking, funding and economic advice. The State Debt Recovery Office (SDRO) is the fines division of OSR. SDRO is responsible for the receipt and processing of fines issued by various government agencies and authorities. SDRO also administers the fine enforcement system for the collection of unpaid fines.
